導(dao)熱性油爐的(de)顯著特(te)點:
1、降(jiang)低成本能(neng)量。與蒸(zheng)汽式(shi)蒸(zheng)氣鍋爐(lu)相較,可節(jie)能(neng)技術(shu)40%一55%。
2、熱處理加熱不(bu)穩性高,并能精確度(du)地可(ke)以調節水(shui)(shui)(shui)溫。在(zai)工業煤氣(qi)鍋(guo)爐(lu)及管道閥門中的(de)載(zai)熱體熱傳導油水(shui)(shui)(shui)溫不(bu)穩性高,不(bu)是水(shui)(shui)(shui)汽(qi)工業煤氣(qi)鍋(guo)爐(lu)程(cheng)序中水(shui)(shui)(shui)汽(qi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)溫起伏更(geng)大更(geng)大,熱傳導油爐(lu)方便于進行(xing)微機手動調節。
3、導(dao)電油(you)爐非(fei)高壓(ya)高溫(wen)應用,在(zai)臥式(shi)儲罐下(xia)導(dao)電油(you)燒(shao)水(shui)到340℃而不(bu)蒸發。而應用蒸汽發生器要(yao)(yao)(yao)到同一(yi)溫(wen)度因素因素,飽(bao)和各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)壓(ya)力值(zhi)為14.593MPa。燒(shao)水(shui)電廠鍋爐換(huan)熱必須(xu)必要(yao)(yao)(yao)各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)壓(ya)力值(zhi)下(xia),功能得高溫(wen)度因素,如欲280℃的(de)溫(wen)度因素因素,各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)壓(ya)力值(zhi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)到6.412MPa。所以說,導(dao)電油(you)爐性能指標好(hao)。
4、熱(re)(re)傳導(dao)性(xing)油爐直接費用低(di)(di)、注(zhu)資小,易研(yan)制(zhi)。因熱(re)(re)傳導(dao)性(xing)油爐自動運行氣(qi)壓低(di)(di),雖然比水(shui)蒸汽(qi)熱(re)(re)開水(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)電(dian)爐燃燒和熱(re)(re)開水(shui)熱(re)(re)開水(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)電(dian)爐燃燒研(yan)制(zhi)極易,直接費用低(di)(di),注(zhu)資小。大部分含有(you)(you)E級(ji)熱(re)(re)開水(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)電(dian)爐燃燒研(yan)制(zhi)報(bao)名要求或含有(you)(you)一(yi)、三類氣(qi)壓儲罐研(yan)制(zhi)報(bao)名要求的加工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠有(you)(you) 熱(re)(re)油爐的程度。
